The majority of Oakleaf's clients who are pursuing sustainability initiatives look for a close relationship between environmental and economic sustainability, with cost neutrality usually serving as minimum criterion for consideration. Oakleaf supports this through an analytical approach for assessing beneficial use potential for discards. We develop an informed and quantified basis to identify opportunities that are both cost-effective and environmentally superior. This starts with site surveys and waste characterizations and is evaluated against current and near-term market capabilities. We perform this both for enterprise-wide characterization and on a site-by-site basis for our construction and demolition program.
