Less Hauls, Less Gas = More Savings, More Efficiency

One of Client Solutions most cost effective solutions is Compactor Load Optimization. This process is similar to right-sizing, but centers around the compactor instead of front load containers. This program helps to optimize the level of service on your compactors so that the vendor is hauling less air and more tonnage. This reduces the number of hauls to landfills and recycling or processing centers, saving your locations money in the process.

Client Solutions has developed a proprietary custom program that determines historical tons per pull (where provided – some vendors do not supply this information) and compares that to the density of the waste generated at your facility.

There are two methods for implementation: For clients that have large fluctuations in volumes we use a Compactor Monitoring System to remove the human factor from scheduling service. For those facilities with more standard waste generation, we use a Smart Scheduler to set up service schedules for each compactor container. By implementing this program, not only will you reduce the number of pulls per month and stop hauling air, you will also reduce CO₂ emissions and save gas consumption by only having your vendor travel to your site to service your compactor when you need it.
