At the core of Waste Management’s service structure is our Client Services Manager who serves as the central point of contact and key liaison between Waste Management and its clients. This person works alongside each client team and is a seasoned, experienced account specialist that is uniquely qualified to manage a relationship. The Client Services Manager is extremely knowledgeable of the markets in which the client operates and their associated waste streams.
